New Yoga and Group Fitness Classes!
At Alive & Well Yoga and Fitness, our mission is to provide a welcoming space for individuals to explore the benefits of yoga and strength training. We strive to create a supportive community for all of our students.
Our experienced and certified instructors are passionate about sharing the practice of yoga with others. Read each class description to discover which class best suits your needs. If you do not see a class type you would like to try, reach out and let us know! New class ideas are always in the works.
Every strength training class is capped at 4-5 people. This means you will have a small group setting to learn the foundation of weight lifting and strength training. Classes change every week, and exercises are modified by the instructor to support your body's ability. This allows you to get one on one help while keeping the price affordable.
