New Yoga and Group Fitness Classes!
50 minute Small group strength training.
5 minute warm up
40 minute full body strength training. Exercises will be demonstrated as you go, with small groups of 2-3 people alternating exercises. You will always have help and guidance. No experience required.
5 minute finisher- active full length muscle movement for blood flow and recovery

An introduction to Yoga Flow. This class will use props such as blocks and pads to assist in approaching new poses. We will focus on the basics of vinyasa (flow). It is a wonderful place to start if you're new to yoga but seasoned students will also appreciate the relaxed pace . All classes finish with a relaxing savasana. Mats, blocks, pads, straps and blankets provided.

Hatha yoga is the base for most all yoga practices, but where it differs from the "Yoga Flows" most studios teach is that each pose is the star. Instead of sequencing the poses together as a flow, each pose is gently encountered from a place of observance. Nothing is expected, but everything is gained from the insight of the pose itself. Join me on Tuesday nights as we venture into the yoga collective and find what each pose has to offer.

Warm Flow is a vinyasa style yoga class with emphasis on building strength, balance and tone in the body. The class is taught at a slow to moderate pace so you have time to work into good alignment while building strength. Our goal is to build up a sweat but feel good while doing it. I will give options to make the class a little easier or harder depending on your needs. We finish with a relaxing savasana so you will feel refreshed at the end!

This class is free to all cancer survivors and their caretakers. The class will offer a series of poses to warm and strengthen the body and mind then move into gentle poses, stretches and breathing to invite in wellbeing. The class is located at the FMC River Valley Campus at the Memorial Drive entrance (YMCA side) Dress comfortably, bring a mat if you have one, if not mats and any props you might need are provided.

This gentle class will provide an easy warm up to improve blood flow, while keeping the focus on unwinding the stress in your body through Yoga poses, stretches and mindful meditation with a relaxing savasana to finish the morning.
We offer both private one on one classes as well as private group class.

Group Classes: $100 minimum for classes within a 15 mile radius of Lancaster, $10 per person
Hocking Hills Private Group Yoga Classes: $100 minimum, $35 travel fee plus $10 per person
Private Classes: At Studio Only, $35 per hour class/lesson depending on days/times
